GUIDE · REWARD TYPES
Signup bonus vs. trading credit vs. fee discount
Promotional language can make different benefits sound interchangeable. They are not. Always use the current official campaign terms to determine what you receive.
| Type | What it may mean | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Cash or cash-equivalent reward | A reward that may be paid in a form with withdrawal rights. | Whether it is truly withdrawable, plus minimum activity and expiry conditions. |
| Trading credit / bonus | Credit that may only be used for specified trading costs or products. | Withdrawal limits, eligible markets, expiry, and whether it offsets losses or fees. |
| Fee discount / rebate | A reduction or return of some eligible trading fees. | Eligible products, calculation method, caps, duration, and account eligibility. |
| Referral commission | A benefit paid to the referrer when invitees meet the program conditions. | Whether the referrer earns it, what activity qualifies, and regional restrictions. |
Compare the total cost, not just the headline
A large advertised number can have less practical value than a smaller, clearly defined fee discount. Estimate the fees and actions you would incur anyway, and do not trade more or take more risk just to unlock a promotion.
